Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)*

Developed by Scottish Physiotherapist, Hugh Gilbert, KCR is a simple yet extremely effective system of gentle joint mobilizations and stretches. This protocol brings the physical body back into balance, improves posture, and often provides instant relief and resolution from pain and discomfort of chronic medical conditions.

Connective Tissue Release (CTR)**

A form of myofascial release which involves gentle sustained pressure or stretch into restricted connective tissues. Because these tissues surround and support the muscles in the body, they may contribute to sensitivity or acute pain if they are too stiff or rigid. When combined with KCR, it will help to support the relief of most chronic pain and restore joint motion.

Shiatsu (Five-Element & Namikoshi)

A Japanese acupressure therapy with the aim of preventing and curing illness by stimulating the body's natural powers of recuperation, eliminating the cause of fatigue and promoting general good health. Stretching and pressing specific points on the body can help relax the muscles and connective tissues, pump the lymphatic system, regulate hormones, calm or activate the nervous system, as well as align the skeletal structure for better posture.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi

This traditional Hawaiian massage is a sacred healing art, handed down from generation to generation by kupuna (elders). Techniques are rhythmic and as soothing as ocean tides, integrating the use of palms and forearms for a full-body wellness massage. Your body and mind will breathe a deep sigh of relief as you reconnect with your soul and spirit, feeling rebalanced, refreshed, and deeply cared for.

Reiki & Restorative Yoga

Reiki, meaning "universal life force," is a healing technique where energy is channeled to the recipient by means of light touch to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Used in conjunction with restorative yogic postures, it becomes a powerfully meditative, receptive practice where you can let go of holding yourself up and allow yourself to be fully supported, de-stress, and access deep rest.
